YELLOWS & REDS

If Robo does not get a grip of the discipline record of the club the league WILL get fed up with the Dons and start getting heavy.

Is it because he is a young manager and the players think they know better that him, there is definateley a problem and it needs sorting out.

It WILL have an effect on auto promotion because we will have half the team suspended or living on a knife edge because they dare not get booked. Come on Robo get a grip.

I kinda agree, I have a lot of time for Robinson and I'm comfortable with his management style, etc etc, but this has been going on since Ince's second reign, and we've not improved!

We're not a dirty side by any means, and forget Gleeson's red card which imo wasn't wreckless, and Kay's red card which was also probably harsh, they're still two red cards which after only two games gives us that impression, and I believe we've had like, 8 other bookings or around about that? And probably only one of those were for a bad tackle (Smith).

Robbo's 'problem' if you wanna call it that is that he often either blames the referee, blames the FA, blames another player or claims it's just the players' passion or will to win.
You can win without talking back. Many teams have accomplished this in the past. So 'will to win' is no excuse, as it still gives us a poor disciplinary record.
There's only so many times you can blame the referee or the FA, or another player, there's no use in defending a player and giving him nearly no feel of guilt, it won't make him learn.

HOWEVER..Saying that, Robbo has said numerous times that he often doesn't tell the truth in the media, as of course you have to defend your players and you can't say everything. But there's clearly a problem and it needs to be sorted. I trust Robinson but he needs to stop defending the players and knuckle down on discipline.

Agree 100% I hope it does not stop us getting auto promotion, I think if it does the fans may not be so forgiving.

UTF - Yellow card for long windedness

And I suspect I would have had a red in the last few threads

We only have one centre back for tomorrow.
I am taking it we cant get Flannagan back from Gillingham then.

It seems he's happy at Gillingham.

Perhaps Robbo can reapproach the mysterious centre half if Doumbe is out long term.

I think we'll go:

Otsemabor, MacKenzie, Lewington, Chicksen.

I agree on that line up - if Doumbe is fit then there is more option
