I agree with Glynnak that he's not a 20 goal a season player but he can cause loads of problems and he'd no doubt have 2 defenders on him leaving Nugent and Routledge (hopefully) free to score goals.
I don't think Howard will have much impact this season so getting a different big man up front would give us more options.

Heskey will sign for us he's just hoping another Prem club will come in for him.

Part of the rumour was that 'Bruno' is still looking to earn £60K a week. Now, I reckon that he's terribly underrated by people who simply don't understand the role that he plays, and he might still be worth that to a Premiership club or one it the other top European leagues. But I don't think a Championship team can commit that much of its salary budget to one player. Our owners may be rich, but Sven's budgets will not be limitless.
