Yeah. Burns hit him and Cook stepped back then his back went. Tried to carry on and was counted twice but the ref never stopped it. Also got a bodyshot from Burns in the last few seconds of the match. Then someone from his corner threw the towel.

Probably and hopefully the end of Cook's career.

Absolute shambles. If Cook picks up a pay-cheque for that, then it's disgusting.

If anything he should be fined for wasting everybody's time and money.

then we see a real boxer in kevin mitchell - respect

Great night's boxing, cook and burns was unfortunate as that all the potential that mitchell murray had. Cook was just not right to go in there. Also did you see warren say try and day that burns did well, and that cook was actually fine and burns deserves credit....shocking man

As for Murray Mitchell, i dont know what jim watt was talking about. I had mitchell up by 2 rounds when watt said he had murray up by 1! murray hit the occasional good shot yes but apart from 2 rounds which murray did dominate, mitchell was in control.

the little snapshot we got of burns was impressive but cook should never be allowed near a ring again....fkn disgrace

mitchell looks world class

I feel sorry for Burns. He trains hard for so long then that happens. Even if Cook had pulled out of the fight late, a replacment fighter could have been found.

As far as Mitchell looking world class. We saw what happened when he last went up against someone world class so I'll reserve judgement on that one.
