has made Garth Crooks's 'team of the week.' The man ceases to amaze. Seriously, he must have just looked at the results and scorers! Also he's managed to fit Glen Johnson in at left back.

Dembele was a powerhouse yesterday, top drawer.

Yeah, I still don't understand why Garth Crooks is a pundit.

It was a bit of a joke selection. In his defence, Skrtel did play really well apart from the goals, and that header was a bit of a beast.
I didn't think that Rafael had a great game. He gets a lot of stick for the defensive side of his game, which I think is often unfair, but he was weak defensively against Fulham. His temperament did seem a lot better than it has been at times, though.
Dembele had a few good moments against us, but I actually think that our midfield dictated the tempo for most of the game.

its weird though because a couple years ago defensively rafael was a beast.
against bayern munich nobody got past him and he also kept the so called world class gareth bale in his pocket a few times.
its just since that abysmal display in the europa cup hes been a bit shakey

what rafael needs more than anything imo is a consistent run in the team without injury, he's got great potential

Was wondering why there so much hype over demble on here. He a good player but is he really that good

How could he omit Assou-Ekotto, the only left back in the league who scored a goal. Everybody else in that team scored a goal this week

Just saw the page. His whole selection is awful!
How can you put hazard and pienar CM!?
Sterling shouldnt be there either. Don't get me wrong he looks a good prospect, but he didnt have a 'great' game. He is in there based on his potential.
