Great exercise this one and seldom do I see anybody use it but me....at my gym anyway!!!
If like me your back has got less excited over the years at the thought of heavy deads....Then you have another belting exercise which is compound that works the back a treat..
Great power movement which has done wonders for my upperback and forearms...
You still get the same draining feeling you do after a set of Squats and deads...
Give em a try..........

Back day in a couple of days so will give it a try. I presume it'll be lighter weight than a deadlift?

Let us know how you get on Mate...
Concentrate on the form until you're comfortable..then add the weight..

I used to do these and they truly are a great all body workout.
Really gets you breathing hard too until you get used to them.
The weight would be much lighter than deadlifts (well depending on how strong you are)!
