Welcome to Pakistan and Australia's tour of a very hot UAE.
Pakistan XI: Mohammad Hafeez, Kamran Akmal(wk), Nasir Jamshed, Azhar Ali, Umar Akmal, Misbah-ul-Haq(capt), Asad Shafiq, Shahid Afridi, Sohail Tanvir, Saeed Ajmal, Aizaz Cheema
Australia XI: Matthew Wade (wk), David Warner, Michael Clarke (capt), Michael Hussey, David Hussey, George Bailey, Glenn Maxwell, Daniel Christian, Mitchell Johnson, Mitchell Starc, James Pattinson
I say win the toss and put the Air Conditioning on.

Those Stats again:
• Shahid Afridi needs three more wickets to reach 350 in one-day internationals; now that Brett Lee has retired, Afridi is the leading wicket taker among current ODI cricketers.
• The last one-day international Australia played against Pakistan in the UAE was just over three years ago, yet only one member of that Australia side - Michael Clarke - will take the field in this game.
• Should Australia lose the series 2-1 they won't move on the ICC one-day rankings, but if they lose 3-0 they will drop from fourth to sixth, swapping places with Pakistan.

Incredible stuff, ridiculous amounts of swing.

Yup, if I'm correct in saying he can bowl in the 138 mark still. He can bat too, which is a good thing.
But, I'm interested in is how he has developed in terms of does he still have that swing? One thing I do know is he in the past has continually said he's always working hard to play International Cricket again. I just hope in those years gone by he hasn't lost anything.

I think Hammad Azam would be a better seam option than Tanvir and Cheema but he isn't in the squad

It's obvious that we need to drop a seamer and play Rehman. Had Rehman been in we could have won this game cos the last thing the Aussies would have wanted was another spinner.

Lets drop both seamers and play Rehman and Malik. All spin attack
Ajmal
Hafeez
Afridi
Rehman
Malik/Azhar Ali
Or call up Danish Kaneria

Robin there is also Yasir Shah who is a good leg spinner and low order batsman. Even Sohail Tanvir can bowl spin
