This program was released by Beachbody a couple of months ago.
Im thinking of starting it in 4/5 weeks once I finish my current program.
Has anyone had a go at it?

Always a bit dubious about what these sort of programs offer that separates them from just a regular weightlifting regime.
Do you have dumbbells at home, or do you use the gym?

I have a small selection of weights including dumbells.
Ive been doing their programs for over 8 months now including P90X and Insanity.
They are pretty intense plus I can do them in my own home.

I think the problem is that you're always going to be a bit limited by the amount of weight you can lift.
These programs can be good to begin with, but ultimately, you need to look to progressively up the resistance your muscle's facing.
Honestly, I think you'd be best served by investing the money in some more weight for your dumbbells and following an internet routine. The following is a good starting point:

I download these programs so they cost me nothing. They are designed to work your body hard so there are many variations of push/pull-ups plus Cardio days mixed in as well.
I have dumbells and an EZ bar which is plenty of resistance for me with weight to spare. The best thing about these programs is timing, between 50 and 60 minutes once a day and Im done and as its in my house I can pick and choose when suits me.

Fair enough, but you could also do that with a normal weight program and dumbbells.
Having said that, if it's free to download, you have nothing to lose

^I appreciate that, but I'm saying if you can get it for free, then by all means give it a shot
