Playing for a team like that could bring out good fighting and leadership qualities in a young player, but on the other hand could destroy his confidence.

I actually hope he plays in midfield. I know it's just reserved but when I watch him he could genuinely have anything to be a top-DM. He could be a good CB as well but I see better potential when he plays in DM.

No expert on Championship teams but would there be space at Watford? There were links earlier in the summer and they're close by. We could also come to some sort of agreement with the manager for him to get games - after all the manager is Zola.

Hope he and B.Clifforf get loans before the window comes, they're both far to comfortable at reserve level. Need to push themselves now. I know many don't rate Billy that highly (neither do I really) but he seems to have bulked up since when he was getting pushed off the ball by 5"6 Malaysian players a year ago in pre-season and he's one of the U21's best players

I agree. From what I´ve seen of Chalobah I think he has what it takes to be a good DM. He has a lot of ability and could the player who takes over from Mikel.
