Just seen he's gone to malaga on a free. He's always scored goals through his career. I wonder if we should have taken a punt on him. If nothing else he would add a bit of depth to our attack. For free you can't go wrong

yeh but we wouldn't have to pay him 80k per week. therefore if it didn't work out then getting rid would be simple. Look at maxi rodriguez.

5 years ago I'd have had him at Liverpool in a heartbeat. Not now. Tremendously talented player but can't help think he wasn't as good as he should have been. Sitting on the Barca/Madrid bench does that to a player.
