Is it the board or is it AW? I just don't know. Just want some honesty, until then they're are all to blame!

I'm sorry, I don't think it's fair to blame everyone involved when it only takes one cog to bring the whole system down.

The board have been stifling Wenger for years now - it's the whole reason David Dein left in the first place.
