Transfer embargo: does it mean....?

...that we can't sign free agents? I'm assuming that the guys we have/had on trial (German keeper, German midfielder, the Aussie Stella etc) are free agents and there wasn't any need to get them signed up by midnight last night

Information from berz only - so no Dhims contributions to this please (just this once!)

Rangers can't sign any new players until Jan 2014 unless their under the age of 18, whether their free agents or not. We agreed to this ban as one of the conditions for us playing in the SFL.

Yes Afro, their still looking at the EBT/dual contract issue to see if there was anything irregular they can pin us for.

These "punishments" are totally unprecedented. Ach well, it will make our rise even better.

I'm kinda warming to Charlie Green. Ok, we all know he is in it for the money, but at least he has come out and said as much. He won't be taking schecht off these clowns though.
