What is it you dislike about Northern Irish people? Why do you generalise a whole nation?

because of the long ball game but they aren't even playing a long ball game. They're passing it and crossing it.

I think some people confuse the two, it's not hoofball it's just more direct and physical. If you ever watched Toshack play for Liverpool you would see a similar game.

I just don't like him, He got too much praise for swansea last year also he shouldn't have come out and said you were going to get the players without making sure with FSG that you actually were going to be able to afford them.

The bbc are making out that we made a massive mistake and that AC played like that everygame. Ridiculous! I'd rather not have him than play the alladyce way.

I was just saying to my work colleague, just because you have AC doesn't mean you have to play the Allardyce way. AC is perfectly capable of passing the ball, but he's also extremely dangerous on corners & set-pieces. If Rodgers doesn't want to score from set-pieces, but only by pretty football, then why allow Skrtel up for corners?

I think BR made his mind up about Carroll far too early. I'm not now claiming he's world class as soon as Liverpool have got rid, as i'm sure you appreciate that the stick Liverpool got over AC was more to do with the £35m fee, but to allow him to go on loan does seem a bit daft on the face of it.
