Today's Summary

Who could have asked for a better performance away from home? I couldn't have. Not buying into this "we were passed off the park" nonsense. Sure Liverpool passed okay but passing was never our intention. How many times have Arsenal been too positive away from home, not managed to gain control and left gaping great holes in defence.

We went away from home to a tough venue, we defended like a team and we defended excellently. Whatever Stevie Bould has been saying in training has given us a real kick up the glutious maximus. Our defenders are actually defending rather than loitering half way up the pitch and getting surpassed and the pace we get up the pitch is astounding. Mainly due to Diaby who was a collosus in midfield, I lost count of the amount of times he strides past the Liverpool side into space. Now onto Arteta. With the muscle of Diaby in midfield we do not need a gigantic defensive mid, what we do need is our tough tackling, intercepting, intelligent, passionate and all round brilliant vice-captain. We've now got the look of a team and not a pair of egos and some hangers on. I'm not even going to come onto Cazorla because I put on clean underwear about an hour ago after my shower but without getting carried away.. We're going to win the quadruple.
