Carlos Tevez is heading out of Manchester City – with Sergio Aguero ready to take his place.
Aguero is so keen to come to England he will even take a pay cut to make it happen. City are poised to give him a lucrative contract worth £160,000 a week – which is well short of what he makes at present.
Aguero is on £6m a year AFTER tax. To earn that at City he would need a huge £240,000 a week.
well do we honestly believe he is so deperate to join Man City so he is willing to take pay cut. Since when players love Man City so much? or is just other way around from Man City rep how to avoid FFP regulation?
This boy is money graber like his father in law so i dont believe this story.
Aguero 2 take pay cut join Man City?really?

I don't mind a player moving only for the money, but it does seem a little odd to say the least for someone who was on astronomical wages to be willing to take a smaller amount to go to Man City....
Money is clearly what made a lot of your players want to join you in the first place.
Again, I don't have a problem with this, it's just that it seems extremely odd. There could be some secret that's not being told.

Oh god this thread is giving me a headache >.<
It's a shame the intelligence of certain football fans can shape the image of a whole fanbase.
Anyway, Aguero would be a good buy I think, but with his wage demands i'm not sure he would really be that willing. City have Ballotelli, Dzeko and Adebayor so it's not a compulsory purchase. Plus despite him being good I don't think anyone can really replace Tevez.
I wouldn't say no to him joining Chelsea though.
