Yes, 12 month registration ban on over 17's. Any additional punishment is dreamt up by our east end chums who seem to have nothing interesting to say about their own club

So we could in theory 'sign' players prior to Sept '13 on agreement that they'll be registered then. Whether or not that happens is another thing
