Its widely accepted that they are by far the best strikers in the PL era. But Who would you have in your team if you had to select one.
Shearer was a very intelligent striker whose goalscoring record speaks for himself and carried comparatively average teams unlike the other two.
Henry probably was the fastest and the most skillful. He could score from anywhere and had bags of tricks under his sleeve.
Drogba was the most physical of them and on his day could bully any defender. He probably is the best big game player in the world.
So if you had to choose one who would you have?? I would have Drogba because he always performed in the big games. Henry might be more skillfull but often than not bottled it on the big stage. Also Drogba won the Champions league while in the PL which the other two did not. Since the CL is the most prestigious club trophy it is imperative that a true great must perform in it. Henry was past it and didn't play a great part in the triumph with Barcelona.
The number of times Drogba has bailed the Russians out of trouble is endless.
So if you had to choose one who would you have in your team?

Andy Cole should be in that list.

some ridiculous comments on here.
Drogba is better than Shearer. Saying "lol look at his stats" does't prove anything.

Drogba prime > Rooney also.

Drogba is nowhere near Shearer, not even close.

Yes he is.
Drogba in his prime was better than Shearer in his prime.

I'm not wumming.
Don't see how what I've said deserves that response.

Drogba prime = average 15 goal a season striker. Nothing more.

Come on. RVN was nowhere near Henry. It would be like arsenal fans saying Reyes is better than Ronaldo.

Never said he was. If you look carefully I said that RVN was a better striker but Henry was a better player overall. I.e. RVN was better at finishing/positioning while Henry was better at pretty much everything else.

RvN's record in Europe is second to very few.
Raul perhaps.
Henry may have had media charisma but that masked a lot of footballing flaws. Bench warmer at Juve/Barca. Over-rated in a hyped-up PL. Awful in the best part of three world cups (including getting sent off). Cheat par excellence in a team of divers whilst at AFC.
Drogba played like a tank - Henry dived like a tank (but spelt with a 'w' and not a 't'.
