The Big Blue Dogma.

His mantra was "SUCCULENT LAMB",the blue tinted propaganda machine that is James Traynor.Chief sports journalist!for The Daily Record.
If anyone is under any illussions about his allegiance to Rangers it's him.He claims he is an Airdrie fan,but somehow he tends to use his colums on Ibrox ideaology. Now this article is not written out of malice but of total disbelief.I read his" £15 Million Transfer Fund"story at the weekend, but failed to find Craig Whyte stating that was the sum.Maybe I missed it?Jim has become quite accurate about being inaccurate and here is another of his little jems:

By jim Traynor on Jun 21, 11 06:34 AM
Rangers have moved significantly closer to making DavidGoodwillie and Carlos Cuellar their first summer signings.
and on 18/07/11 we have his collegue Kieth Jackson stating.."RANGERS are on the brink of walking away from their protracted attempts to sign David Goodwillie." and reports from Spain telling us Carlos is topping up his suntan. Now you may say Rangers did try to sign Goodwillie and have made an offer for Cueller but why can't Jim tell us Rangers made an offer well below UTD's asking price and Cueller isn't prepared to come back for shoite money.

And before you say "don't read it",if we expect decent reporting we should have decent sports writers.Jim Traynor is the senior sports writer on the biggest selling paper in Scotland.

So because more people buy it than any other ,and he is top sports writer, they both therefore are the best in the country. And Jim Traynor is always right?

I never said it, you did.

Why do more people buy it?

Because people want to buy it,that does not justify the crap Traynor writes or the editorial staff who allow him to do so.

Are you suggesting the majority of people in Scotland are a bit thick?

Hahahaha

Got to laugh at the Dhimms and their claims that the por excuse for a journalist that is Jim Traynor, is a Gers fan.

I think we ALL know where James SEXTON Traynor, and his allegiances lie. And I'll tell you... it's not with Rangers... or Ardrie.

Even Phil McGobbledygook, or whatever he's calling himself these days, says that in his opinion Jim Traynor has 'the best 'News Nose' of any sports journalist in scotland'.

I rest my case!

No,most certainly not,but don't you think Traynor assumes sports readers are thick, and he can just write whatever he feels his blue allegiances will accept. And lets face it how many Rangers fans were thinking, at the weekend,"£15 million ya beauty"????

You said it Jessy, Chic and the failed social worker hivnae a brain between them. It would be a tough call right enough to determine who between them has fallen from a high height, and landed on their heid, the most. Though... that Phil ghhhuy makes even YOU look bright!

Fitz

I don't know who Traynor is and i'm not familiar with his work.

I thought the most popular paper in scotland would be whichever paper the majotiry of celts purchased.

How do the celts fit into this fitz?

Every team in Scotland fit into this, his personal friendships should not colour his reporting on scottish football. It's called objectivity-if i want blue dogma i'll buy the rangers news or whatever it's called.

If its Scotlands dominant sports paper then I imagine a lot of celts must be buying it.

Are you suggesting they are all a bit thick? Or like to read about Rangers?
