Yeah I like Chicken too. I find that you can have a sensible conversation / debate with him without all the BS.

I just don't see the point. Positivity is one thing but when you openly slag a manager off and say he is "clueless" "out of his depth" and generally mock him and then the next minute say he is "one of the best young managers around" and "excellent" it's double standards
