England team and why?

Though I respect the value of the older players, I really feel we need to get more younger lads in the mix. What concerns me is the young lads I want in the team are either injured or only get on the bench for their club side.

I would personally pick as many players who are technical or can keep the ball as possible. Hence the midfield and Rooney up front on his own.
