but Murray prevails in very challenging conditions.
Glad we at least got an exciting tie break at the end, will be interesting to see how the conditions affect the second semi final.
I hear rain is scheduled for 90 minutes time, so we could well have a protracted match, will Nole be able to polish off Ferrer quickly?
Well done Andy for reaching your 5th Slam Final.
Not the prettiest match

What on earth is Nole playing at?

Ferrer is diva-ing right now. I really would liek Ferrer to win.
It's guarantee someone winning their first major in a final. We will see how Murray could deal with being a favourtie in a slam final rather than clear underdog..
plus- although I'd love Murray to win and be sad if he doesn't,(he has plenty of time and with Lendl I reckon he can reach two more next year)- I would be really happy for Ferrer to win a major- this is probably his best shot- and he would deserve it for the effort he has put in in his career.
But backing Murray all the way

Don't write Nole off, the man knows what it takes to win this, Ferrer doesn't.
I do think Nole is rather rattled though,
As for Andy having plenty of time, I don't agree, Every current GS winner won their first slam aged 21 or younger...time is actually running out for Andy and I think if he doesn't make breakthrough here it will be very tough on him.
I'm hoping we get a Murray Nole final, then I can't lose whomever wins it!

Never seen this before, stadium being evacuated due to tornado warning.
Nole gets a chance to regroup, wonder when they'll restart.

Tomorrow I bet.
This semi and the women's final will be on tomorrow.
They are telling the crowd to evacuate off site- ie no more play today.
Big advantage for Murray.

Yep, should help Murray, bizarre, I have never seen such a thing and Tornadoes in US are normally much further West.

Its ridiculous- the amount of Wimbledon championships that have gone to a third monday can be counted off one hand..
its five years back to bakc when the US Open has gone to putting the final on a monday.

It was a great shame the weather wrecked the semi-final but it was the same for both players and they had to make the best of it. Now I know we'll get the haters using the weather to discredit Murray and again if he wins the final it will be because he had an extra day's rest. What a say is this is pay back for the 2008 US Open Final when he was royally shafted having to play on consecutive days up until the final.

It shows an extra dimension to Murray's game that he could handle those conditions, Fed, much as I love him would have struggled.
Murray hasnt played his best tennis this tournament but I would rather he saved that for the Final.
Olympic stadium went mental last night when they announced at the Paralympics that Murray had made the final
