Generally, we'd probably play a 4-5-1 more often than 4-4-2. On current form and everyone being fit I'd go :-
Gordon
Hutton
Caldwell
Berra
Bardsley
Forrest
Morrison
D Fletcher
Dorrans
Maloney
S Fletcher
If 4-4-2 were required, leave Dorrans or Morrison out for Rhodes to play up top with Fletcher.

I like Wallace but Mulgrew is playing at a higher level so gets the nod.
We desperately need Fletcher in midfield. We desperately missed a good link player between defence and midfield. That will let Adam and Morrison actually spend time attacking instead of doing what Gary Caldwell should have been doing and linking up play further back.
Naismith to float around between wing and supporting Rhodes up front.
Finally get Caldwell away from that Scotland shirt. He is beyond useless. 50 caps to that donkey is a total disgrace. Ian Black, for all the controversy it would cause, would be a better option in that holding role.
