I feel for this lad, watched extended highlights of the Swansea vs Forest game last night and Borini looks a pretty decent player, pace, vision, eye for goal. Then I go and check his stats to see he's got 6 in 9 in the league, not bad going.
BUT We just aren't the type of club willing to give youth a chance, so I hope he stays at Swansea, they get promoted and he has a good couple of seasons in the Prem, just so Chelsea can have that wake up call of needing to bring through youth!!!

That is what I hate about some premier league clubs, they take on all these youth players simply to stop other clubs having them, they stifle progress of youngsters, and its only when they go out on loan you realise what has been dumped into the reserves .
About time the FA stepped to stop this kind of thing happening!

I believe his lack of chances came down to him declining multiple contract offers.

Think its more of the fact that the kid wants to play, he could stay in chelsea's reserves until he is retired earning £10k-£20k a month?? on doing nothing, or go out and put yourself in the window , 6 goals in 9 games shows that he can score and play in a very competitive league.

Well he wanted first team and just wasn't going to get it ahead of the likes of Drogs, Torres, Kalou or even Sturridge. You need to be patient sometimes as a player and he clearly wasn't having it. Its disappointing.

It is for Chelsea, but for a club like the Swans he is a god send, he could possibly get us into the premier league.

I wish you all the best then.
