Robbie Brady and Alex Pearce in ROI squad

Man Utd Robbie Brady and Alex Pearce of Reading have both been called up for Tuesdays meaningless friendly in London with Oman.

I say meaningless because unlike other International managers Trapatonni will not make full use of it to give some untried players a run out.

Expect to see old and failed favourites Mc Shane, Keogh etc huff and puff and do nothing positive out on the pitch.

While new recruits Brady and Pearce will be lucky to get 20 minutes action if any!!!

Yeah at least we get to see Trapps favourites pick up more caps.... Seriously annoyed he is so scared of losing a meaningless friendly he doesn't call up so many others and give them a run out.

Its a no brainer really isnt it? We need centre halves and we now have a 23 year old premiership option in Alex Pearce however we all know the senile old lunatic doesnt see the world like most others and will undoubtedly stick with Hull city reserve McShame and look to MLS part timer O'Dea for the forseeable future unless he falls out with one of them which is inconceivable coz these two lads must pinch themsleves in disbeleive that they still have international careers!! Trap OUT!!!

Good point Len.

Has anyone else noticed that players such as Mc Shane, Greene, Whelan, O'Dea and Keogh never seem to fall out with Trapatonni.

Huge salary, terrible English, out dated tactics, abysmal player-manager relationships, mind boggling decisions (on and off the pitch), stubbornness, swipes at the media/former players/managers…etc…….

I have had enough of this man and want him gone!

Looks like he has gone easy on Mc Clean!! Doesn't neccesarily mean he will pick him for matches all the same !!

Still no Ciaran Clark? our best BC behind Dunne. Clark himself said he believes Trap thinks hes a full back and doesn't realize that he can play in loads of positions. I think he is spot on and its just another case of trap knowing very little of his players.

Anyway I fully expect to see the likes of McShane playing tomorrow night. McClean might come on around the 90th minute if he is lucky. Keogh will get a full 90 minutes as will Cox.

Also how great is it that Whelan has returned to his club? this must be only the second time under trap where he wont be able to play. This is great. I don't wish injury on any player but if anyone needed to feck off for a while, it was Glen.

I don't know why we even bother sometimes with Trap, I really don't. He is just dragging Irish football down more and more with every passing game and that idiot Delaney is just letting it happen, not that I didn't expect that anyway.

Could you imagine how great a World Cup in Brazil would have been? Possibly one of the greatest countries they could have the event and the Irish fans would have again been magnificent, I'm just so upset that we will not qualify.

Trap is outmoded, his 4-4-2 tactics are obsolete and his team selection is made up mainly of duds like McShane and O'Dea. A blind man could see the Irish team is in need of some young energetic players to liven things up a bit, and what makes it all the more sad is that we have those young players right at our doorstep; all promising youngsters doing well in the 'Premier League' and they are being deliberately ignored by Trap the idiot, and for who? Paul McbloodyShane!

Get rid of Delaney and we can get rid of Trap, get rid of Trap and we can get rid of O'Dea, McShane and Keogh.

Removing Delaney is the hardest thing to do, as the only thing his brain is trained to do is create more and more bureaucracy; more people to deflect responsibility onto and protect his own €360,000 (that's his paycut, he must struggle by!) job!

RANT OVER.

Just been reading that Keogh is set to start ahead of McClean. McShane is going to start too. I am convinced this man wants to harm Irish football. Trying to get on over on the fans who have stupidly stayed loyal to him despite the fact he is pathetic. Hope all the fans who were singing traps praises at the euros are happy now.

Well the FAI really need the fans to show up and it don't matter how much the desperate Delaney wants to cling onto Trap, the FAI need the fans' hard earned cash! And most fans are sick and tired of this ancient fool of a manager and desperate Delaney!

I reckon the attendance could go down as much as 10,000-15,000 soon. The accountants at the FAI will be scrambling about like mad!
