the 54 titles were sold to Sevco. When you look at their report as to what was all included in the sale and the prices, it does not specifically mention titles. Logically the only real place they could have been included is in the "Goodwill". Now goodwill can account for many things in regard to a company's worth, so say the titles were half of the goodwill.
Given that all of the "Goodwill" was sold for £1, that would mean that the 54 titles were only worth 50p!
Begs the question, "Just how tainted were they?"
