OK, the players we have appear to be lacking in technical skill, with the inability to pass the ball to a team mate being the main problem but I still think that them main problem is the Manager, his lack of tactical awareness and inability to put a team on the park with a decent plan as well as his inability to read a game and make the correct changes during a game.
