just been down to the walkers to get my new shirts ready for next season and am quite disappointed to be fair. has anybody else noticed that the badge is on the pi$$.
it took meages to find one that wasnt.
anyhow after buying the new kits i decided to join the group and have "weller 7" printed on the back. great tribute to a great player.
thought i would do something similar for the home shirt and went for lineker 9.
cant wait for the season to start now

I hadn't noticed. I'll have to check when I get home: I got my new home shirt on Saturday.
I like the idea of the tribute shirts, like the Weller or the Lineker shirt (although I've never had one myself) because that's something that can never be taken away, it also stands far less chance of looking bitterly ironic like the poor kid a few rows in front of me in his "Moreno" shirt. Or my first ever shirt with "Corica" on the back...

Nice one Jamie - I've also got Weller on the back of mine.
Didn't notice the badge issue - I'll also look when I get home. I hope they're ok, I'm really fussy about stuff like that!!!
