No it doesn't. The game is played by 11 men. Celtics' strategy, as I said above was to attack. It doesn't mean their defenders were better. If you can't get that concept I suggest you learn some more about football.

Rangers might play with 11 defenders but generally when a club concedes the fewest goals then that's usually down to the defense performing better than that of the defenses of any other club in the league

You are just arguing for the sake of it. We both no that's not true. In the league against every team. You had the majority of possesion. Therefore the other teams couldn't attack much also when team played Celtic most of the time they sat back and that included us.

However when teams did attack your defence crumbled at times.Your team before Xmas (including when we played you) ICT and us at the end when we played 4-4-2.

If your defence wasn't an issue why did Lennon buy a CB midway through the season and want him in at Xmas?

izzy, half a good season in the spl a good player does not make.

lets see what he's got in europe or over a full season.

Who cares how they get on after Celtic that's not our perogative and anyway what about the almighty Brian Laudrup he was a major flop for Chelsea was he not? Boumsong couldn't cut it at newcastle, does anyone actually remember Lovenkrands?

what matters in getting in good players at our clubs regardless of what they did elsewhere main example Chris Sutton what a signing he was
