He did say he had unflitered us all some time back, he also said he was going to be more sensible

I have never filtered anyone but my understanding is that if you filter someone they will remain filtered for a period of time, even if you change your mind and decide to unfilter them. We must all have been filtered at the same time and that period must have expired.
