morning all....so...too coincide with the return too action of the premiere league...and the fact that it's 20 yrs old this year...
choose your top 3 best things about its introduction...and your 3 worst.....mine...
BEST....
1.the top players on show.
2.the competiveness of the league as a whole.
3.the stadium improvements(safety and facillities,thou not ours...yet.)
WORST...
1.diving...imaginary card waving.....(always been around diving i know...but at its peak now)
2.fans being ripped off...(ticket pricing,kit changes...)
3.the money in the game....(multi millionare teenagers,mercenary players/agents)

But the top four always seems to be pretty much the same every year, and no way can you call that competitive, even now you could pretty well predict who the top six are going to be, who is going to be mid table, and who is going to be bottom six.
I know Spurs break in occsionally, but other than us, who in reality is coming close to the top four.

but the impotrance of coming top 4 cld be blamed for that....yrs gone by...
maybe teams let the league slip a bit once they knew they cldnt win it....
too concentrate of other thing they mmay have been vying for...with the intro of CL...that no longer happens...
