This has made my morning (which says more about my job). Can't wait to see him play, will be interesting to see the system and personnel we go with.
Maybe go with him wide so we can keep McCabe in and drop JJ?

Anyone off to Brighton tonight? I expect young Mr Barkley to get a seat on the bench at least, so we should get a look at him.

Hmm...its a toughy is that, seeing as McCabe has done brilliantly so far this season but I doubt Ross is a wide man though...I think McCabe might have to make way as DJ has him for only a month and it would be a waste if he was sat on the bench given all the talent that he has. Its a tough call...not very often an owls manager has a selection headache is it

I'm not going kitty, times are hard (again, foxtrot oscar to my job). Anyone seen his chipped goal on youtube? It is a worldy. When you take a step back and have a look at our players going forward, there isn't many who will match us in this league right now.

Yeah, I get you with that MASSIVE, would be a shame to do to him what England did to Scholes

Yes it is going to be an expensive trip - £34 for match ticket plus share of petrol - another £25. Not been to their new ground so that's my reason for going. Hopefully Barkley will hit the ground running.

Oh Kitty! You've been had. There are 28 quid tickets. there's one in my pocket as I type. Just planning the trip down by train, I only need to buy a ticket to Haywards Heath since the match ticket gives free bus and train travel in the "Greater Brighton" area. The choice I have to make is whether to drink in HH, Brighton or at the ground. P'raps all three

Oval, I know - I let someone else get my ticket, they must think I'm made of money . . . . oh wait . . .
I won't be rushing to Brighton again.
We were given a football lesson tonight

You can say that again. Footballing lesson indeed. I now have to drag myslelf into work after far too little sleep and to make matters worse them blue and red abstards won last night, the first win for them at The Valley since 1968!
