A massive blow in my opinion, does anyone think we have seen the last of Stevie?

Looks like it , a dodgy knee finished me in 1945 , the hospital didnt want to know in those days, hospitals full of wounded soldiers , i played on in a fashion until i was 33 , then one day my knee locked , and they removed both cartlidges , and i was off work for 6 months, and after nearly 50 years ,i can only bend it slightly , thats my life story ,almost .. kro.

Its a shame but he's suffered with his knees for a while hasnt he. He retired originally because of it and it looks like its caught up with him again. Shame. Hopefully he can stay on in some capacity.

It's a shame, Carr was inspirational on many occassions and could always be relied upon... a big blow this!

There's no room for sentiment in football he's been passed his best since the season we finished 9th. He had a couple of good seasons at blues but i was one against giving him a new deal this season.
Luckily Caddis looked a very good player against posh so we have a replacement

Stevie was already on his second life when he joined us and he had a couple of great seasons. Probably should have been pay as you play this season given age and injuries. Time for us all to move on with the youngsters and best of luck to him.
