Reina is world class and maybe Suarez (although it will be interesting to see how he does this season), Gerrard is no longer world class and is past his best. these 3 are stand out players but nobody else catches the eye unlike other teams.

Just like United should never have won the league and got to the Champions League final with their squad. But it happened, because they have got a great manager who can make the players feel 10 feet tall when they step out on the pitch. And we've got a manager who can do the same. So to dismiss us so easily to even make the top four as you have done is quite silly really.

See this is what I am talking about with you Liverpool fans. You think you are better than you are. Have you forgotten that you conceded more goals than us, not just in the league but every competition you participated in? You even conceded more Europa League goals than we did Champions League goals. You haven't strengthened your defence nor do you show any signs on doing so. The only player you seem to be linked with at the moment is Lee Cattermole (surprise surprise another talentless overrated Englishman).

Arsenal for large parts of last season were forced into playing Squillaci and Koscielny as their main partnership last season - both of them new to the PL. We played 5 different goalkeepers last season. 4 of our goalkeepers were out at different stages of the season with long term injuries. At one stage of the season 4 were out at the same time and we had to bring Lehmann out of retirement. Vermaelen played 4 league games in total last season - our best defender played only 4 times. And despite all this, we still conceded less goals than you. So why is it that Arsenal have a gaping hole in their defence whereas Liverpool have the best back 4 in the country? Oh yea, let me guess, you only let more goals in than us because one of the best defenders in England Daniel Agger is always injured? That's it isn't it?

Please don't even start in thinking you have a better defence, its a wide known fact that Arsenals biggest problem is their defence, Wenger really needs to address it.

It's no wonder people think you're so much of an idiot when you can't even get simple facts right. We conceded five Europa League goals, you conceded 11 Champions League goals. We also only conceded two goals in both the League Cup and FA Cup. Jeez.

I think pool spurs and le arsenal are all as good as each other at the moment and it will be a huge battle for fourth this year. However there are a couple of things that could tip it one way or the other:

Arsenal keep both fabregas and nasri

Spurs buy a prolific goalscorer
