I clearly saw Pardew pick up his mobile to his assistant who pointed to a sub whilst the phone call was still going on who then came on .....
I would suggest that the offending manager should be giving a choice of either being put in a room at the stadium with no mobile and no contact with his bench
or
Pay a charity forfeit like spending half an hour in his club main rivals town centre ...he would be placed in the stocks and fans could be charged to throw rotten eggs
Hmmm bit harsh ????? OK come up with something better
