Im all for giving him a chance but surely one match on trial doesnt suffice for a full judgment on the lads capabilities. We have youth players whove been at the football club the majority of their lives struggling to secure pro contracts before this.

Im not sure how this is going to go down with other players in the changing room as well, as Im sure in some shape or form it will make things awkward.

It's only a 12 month contract so I'm sure he will have to prove himself in that time for an extension and I doubt he we feature for the first team!
