So SPL (fans, members, chairman), are you going to apply sanctions to Hearts for non-payment of players wages? (Transfer embargo - isn't it?).
Are you going to try and impose more sanctions for every late payment? Surely this means that they have been using players they can't afford? Isn't this cheating in your book? Will you deduct points? Can Celtic's lawyers investigate?
Is Romanov a fit and proper person to run a football club?
Are you going to make up punishments for this club - or stick with the rules?

Hearts excuse is they are waiting payment from the SPL!
SPL's excuse is we never told you when you would be getting your money!
Seems SPL are in more disarray than Hearts. I wonder when this "sky" money is normally released to the clubs? If the SPL is in financial disarray will we see a fit and proper persons test applied to the buffoons?

SPL have no money to pay the SPL clubs? What about the £2.55m they nicked from Rangers?
Was that not meant to be divided up amongst the 11 other SPL clubs from last season - must have been paid already, otherwise moaning face Yorkston from Dunfermline would have been all over it by now.

Excellent point.....where is that money.....BTW...did the SPL ever pay Dundee Utd....as per the agreement with Green...? It's all gone very quiet on that one....If Utd are still owed the money why are they not shouting from the rooftops....I'm sure they would if Rangers hadn't coughed up......
