I want you all to say OMG nWo was right!!!!

Just posted this in a thread, thought I'd make it pu'lic, if you will.

Manchester Uniteds next manager will be Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Have been saying this for years, since he was put straight into the reserve team managers position and excelled.

AF (pre Sir) used to say he had management potential, which he is living up to at Molde now.

SAF will probably have a say in his succesor, who better than a United Legend?

I know all the ABU's can't wait for SAF to go because they're expecting us to free fall afterwards, much the same way we did in the post-Sir Matt era.

Sorry lads'n'lassies, there won't even be a blip

20LE!

I'm not really sure what your point is.

The point my good man is that you guys seem to be pleased about having a manager who hasn't done any of that.

The Glazers have lined up Clint 'Shirty' Bloomsberg for the job. He has 25 years experience selling shirts in Alabama. and is willing to do the job for 70 dollars a day and a regular supply of beefburgers

Was that supposed to be a joke? I wouldn't give up the day job

Silly point then really. Not exactly working out at the top end of the table for us is it. I'd love you guys to get in someone who's never won anything and has no European experience. Feel free.

Moyes, Mourinho or Pep. All have different things going for them, outside of that I guess the other names brought up would be the good young managers on the continent, the AVB's of a few years back so to speak. Not that I particularly think AVB has disgraced himself but you would like to see him make a bit of a success of himself again before he was offered the United job.

Think OGS needs to do well at a bigger job than Molde before he could move on to the United job.

Therefore we can assume you do not believe Rodgers can be a success for you

Depends as the parameters are subjective but we finished 8th and in the Europa not on 89 points, in the CL and the most successful team of the last 20 years.

It's all relative.

Not a chance in hell he'll go straight to the United hotseat from Molde bud

Why wouldn't he? Hardly unknown to SAF or the club.

I will be putting money on him when SAF announces his retirement.
