Capdevilla has always been a quality lb in terms of both attack and defense, as seen when he plays with the Spanish National team.
He could be a great cheap choice to have at lb, while he could also mentor insua and robinson who both look promising, but are too young to be relied on as a constant starter.

I like the look of caceres... he's been playin lb for Uruguay in the copa america. Don't no who he plays for, how old he is or how much he would cost though?? Looks a decent player!

I think hed be a useful addition to the team. I'm a little worried about left back if i'm honets. We know that aurelio will pick up injuries and Insua hardly set the world alight in Turkey. The youngsters look good but they shopuld not be depended upon at such a young age.
Personally I'd like us to just go out and get Enrique. I really like him. Hes big and strong, quick, can get forward and best of all can actually defend, something so many full backs struggle to do these days.
However if the money needs to be used in other areas then Capdevilla would be a very good player to bring in for a year or so.

Just looked then he plays for sevilla, used to play for barcelona... and he's 24 so good for FSG policy. Would be a very good signing imo

I don't think it matters if he is too old especially if we can get him cheap as in 2 years or so Robinson will be able to make the step up and be a regular starter
