Did he really say that, post match??
Well, I think that as a manager he has botched his job thus far.
And I do hope Levy is thinking the same.

Ted - yes he said that. And I don't know how one loss in five games is 'botched' - especially when we should have won probably two of those three draws, and also the loss, based on performances and chances.

Sorry I had to leave the conversation.
Here's why I think AVB has not been succeeding at his job (let me put it that way!):
Spurs should have won this match at WHL with Lazio.
Yes, the officials disallowed Dempsey's goal.
Notwithstanding that, our team failed time and again to get thru their defence.
Passes went astray all the damned time.
I saw one pass down the left flank from around halfway that was intended for someone (probably Bale) who simply wasn't there. Goal Kick!
You cannot afford to do that at any time and certainly not in the 80th minute.
I saw another, a back pass from ten yards inside the Lazio half to, guess who, ..... Lloris.
Why? No ideas.
All of that falls on the manager ... AVB.
I just hope I'm wrong wrong wrong, .... but you guys will understand when we go to Rome.

Just read what you've written!
According to you, that's 4 points down the drain.
And I think we should have won all those matches.
Thats why I think AVB is leaving Spurs early.
