Also love that he praised the team as a whole, but when asked about the newbies he just brought it back to the team. The expectation is there that the youngsters are good enough to make a real impact and are there purely on merit - I think that's great

I thought Lennon had an excellent game tonight, as did the whole of our defence. Bale is still not firing on all cylinders. But all in all a good performance, and robbed by the ref again.

Lennon needs to be more positive when in goalscoring positions.
tho, he was better than Bale, who has looked off the pace so far this season

I thought Bale was back to his best! Good set pieces and ran all night, whipping in some dangerous balls. Lennon looking also dangerous at every turn, full of confidence...except when he is clean through on goal and then tries to lay it off
Dembele is already looking (dare I say it) twice the player Modric was for us...I hope he wasn't twice the price
