Hey chaps.... so i got home last night just in time to watch the footy. Walked into the lounge and my housemate had brought his new bird home. "do you mind if i put the spurs game on?" "no mate thats fine" then.... his misses said "oh do you like tottenham?" "My granddad played for them!" WHAT? who? Terry Medwin. WHAT!!??? thats amazing! She then rang him. Said hello. She then said that she is going to see him this weekend as its his birthday. If you give me a spurs shirt ill get him and all the 61 team to sign it for you.... WHAT? REALLY? I am still shaking! Anyway thought ild share this with you guys....

Terry Medwin was a really good player who played for Wales in the 1958 World Cup Finals in Sweden, he also played for us in the 1962 Cup Final replacing another Terry, Terry Dyson who was injured.
Medwin was unfortunate to be at Spurs when Dyson & Cliff Jones were there because these two were really great wingers & Medwin's games were limited.
Pledgendary, it will be extremely difficult for all of the 1961 team to sign the shirt......................some of them are unfortunately playing on that big pitch up in the sky!!
