IS WALCOTT ON WAY OUT?

Personally I think so.

Usually Wenger expresses optimism about keeping players including VP,
Fabregas and Nasri until the bitter end with positive statements.

On this occasion he is clearly not displaying these vibes. What is increasingly clear is that Arsenal are not particularly bothered if he stays or
goes. Frankly we have better and more consistent players on our books.

What is clear is that as a squad rather than regular first choice player we
are already paying him an inflated wage whatever the likes of Man City or
Chelsea are willing to pay. Frankly there are much better and more intelligent players on market who will accept lower wages in current economic market.

My only regret is that he might leave on a Bosman without us receiving a
transfer fee and that will be galling.

Didn't stop them paying over the odds for Rodwell.

I reckon the only reason he is still here is because City were not prepared to meet our asking price.

There was a rumour that Chelsea offered £20million for him but the board turned it down.

Lack of productivity lol, have a look at his stats for the last few seasons. As for the squad player comment, he was originally dropped at stoke because noone knew if he was going or not. Gervinho and Ox are playing really well and Wenger doesn't pick players on rep.

Walcott is missing his bum chum Van Persil so he's heading for the exit.

Can we even get anything in Jan, pretty sure he can sign a pre-contract with anyone by then! Would like to keep him but he is not worth a fiasco so might as well sell BUT I still think up top he'll be a hit!

He can't sign a pre-contract with a same-nation team until a month before his contract expires.

But in January he would be able to sign a pre-contract with a team anywhere in Europe.

I hope Theo's realised the error of his ways now. Sadly though, I think he's happy to pick up his pay-cheque till his contract runs out. He knows he is a limited footballer.

Not cashing in on smug little Theo has been a massive error
