Purring over Bury?

I would not read too much into the score line - it sounded like a fairly one sided affair - but we played very well. Good to see Bowditch scoring again, as I was starting to wonder......

But overall great to see us hitting the back of the net...maybe all of the videos they are watching actually helps

*sarcastic alert* we should be beating them 5-1, not 4-1, stats etc, blah de blah!

In all seriousness, a good win! We won easily, very comfortable at the back and in midfield and up front for once, Bowds has deserved his goals recently so happy to see him score a hat trick!

McMaccer, not at all, I would never say they should have won 5-1 or 6-1 - Bury are bottom of the league, to should have been 5-0 or 6-0 .

Wetheryterrier.... Can you see a difference between Championship teams and LG1 teams of last season? Is it just the same as last season but different team names?
Or is there a real stepping up of class and pace?

The teams play a lot more football in the Championship, it is quite quick, we spent years in League 1 being kicked from pillar to post, Its a great League, great teams, graet banter, more away fans, we have taken to it like a duck takes to water, we have made some very shrewd Championship signings. With yourselves being a footballing team, you wouldn't have much to worry about. A few Championship signings to add to your good squad you would be fine, Just concentrate in getting up, Tranmere !! poor League 1 this year !
