Probably Rome, it's one of my favourite games of all time, and probably one of the best ever games

Haven't played any of the Total Wars since Rome even though I have Shogun 2 on Steam. Rome was very good though. They're developing a sequel to Rome currently.

Rome total war was the best. The others are still good, but rome is the best, in my opinion obviously.

Rome: Total War is a great game. Graphics, music - everything about it is quality.

is Medieval total war much of an improvement?

Just a heads up if any of you are on Steam that they're having a Total War weekend with 25% off all the games and daily deals. Can pick up Rome for one euro. (one quid as well I would think or maybe slightly less)

If there's a certain one you have your eye on I would wait things out and see if it has it's price utterly slashed in a daily deal.
