Hugh Keevins is a far better journalist than Thompson. Keevins speaks with objectivity and states facts as opposed to wild speculation. Thompson is going out of his way to curry favour with the green and white masses and the genocidial promoting maniac, Phil Mac Giolla Bhain. Anyone with a sense of right and wrong would distance themselves from that deranged idiot.

Keevins is a far superior journalist and I would trust him to report on Syria far more than Thomson. He wouldn't make up stories about being placed in the line of fire by the rebels for a propaganda stunt.

I'm not saying that Thomson is the greatest thing since sliced bread but he did report on the facts.
