Balotelli and Tevez.........how much did these 2 clowns alone go for?
Probably more than our ENTIRE squad combined!
Add to that Kolarov, Barry, Milner, K.Toure and Rodwell!!!!!!
There's another 70 odd million!
Plus a few youngsters getting a shot too and then Sinclair later on and you've got last nights City Team.
WHAT A SHOCKING LACK OF TALENT ASSEMBLED BY MANCINI!!!!
There's trouble afoot I think. Mancini was clearly right about not getting the funds for the players he wanted in the summer. If those stingy Arabs can't find it in there hearts to part with another 500 million then what's the world coming too?
VILLA VILLA VILLA VILLA VILLA
Man City Reserves - Yeah Reserves !!!

looked good from what I saw, hopefully that gives Gabby a bit of confidence and he will actually be of some use to Villa now

Villa played really well last night and fully deserved their win.Lambert had them up for it and wanting it more than City, which was disappointing that some players on the periphery of our squad were not as hungry as the villa players.Your 1000 odd travelling support did them proud
However the op lacks a bit of class,no need

A City fan friend of mine actually posted on facebook, before the game last night, that "whilst I never want them to lose, it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world if they did tonight"
Obviously even their fans know that they haven't got the squad to fight on all fronts.

That is what suprised me about his comments. I think now they've won a title, he sees them as being above the COCup, the grand delusions have kicked in already.
Never understood people belittling the COCup, even the teams in Europe, who entered in this round, have to play the same amount of games as teams that enter the FACup third round, to get to the final.
It's a day at Wembley, silverware, and often for teams the only route in to Europe.

I never want to see us lose but we're well out of it. Last year the FA made us play 2 league games, an FA Cup match against United and a league Cup Semi-Final against Liverpool in the the space of 10 days when half the squad were missing through either suspension, injury or international duty. When went out of both cups thanks to dodgy refereeing decisions so not being in this trophy is no real loss.

So....4 games in 10 tens, roughly Sunday, Weds, Sunday, Wed
wow, how do they cope?
Its there profession for goodness sake, wish I could just show up 4 days out of 10 with an hour here or there

Obviously that was on the back of playing all the games that got us to the final, 6 Champions League games and the fact we lost players to the ACoN.
Obviously I don't expect you to appreciate any of those factors.

Binky, you have one of the biggest squads, full of more 8 figure fee players than any other English club. Most teams play Sat/Sun then Tues/Weds most weeks. You can't get to the later stages of a cup, or into the CLeague, then moan about the amount of games you have to play, when that was what you wanted all along.
Who wouldn't want FACup games against the biggest team in England, a League Cup semi against the record 7 times winners, and 6 CLeague group games, most teams would envy that.
Winning breeds confidence makes winners, look at the run Man United went on from the 1990 FACup, how many seasons since then without silverware?
Obviously I expect you to appreciate those factors.

As far as I know we have a squad of 25 like every other club in the league and playing high pressure games with several players missing will take its toll which is why I'm not too bothered that we're out of the CO C.
