AVB is doin to the business, like Harry never could, he talked a good game, but the bottom line it is a result busieness, and AVB is going for the top not 6th like Harry said was a good position for Spurs.

Notice AVB cut out all his odd ball strategies today. Went with the obvious and entirely predictable.
And it worked ... because he has a very talented squad... when he doesn't confuse them!
I think he saved his job today. (As the commentators remarked, the new "Director of Football" was the first step towards getting rid of him).
But he did himself good. And he showed his relief at the end.
He must have lost a lot of nails in the second half!

I am still no AVB fan, I mean Ramos was manager when we beat chelsea against the odds at Wembley but that did not make him a good manager did it ?

I did not want him as manager and still think he is a bad appointment, that automatically means I "hate him" and "want him sacked".
