Alrite peeps just wanted some thoughts on the striking position.
I still think we need another striker maybe if we can sell park, chamakh and nikki b (although wenger wants to keep him) we should make a move for llorente? he is in theos situation i heard last year contract can speak to foreign teams in january free in the summer
what u guys an gals think? is there another striker we could get there was talk of the chap from cska wasnt there

Would like another striker, but I'd give Giroud a proper run of games before even thinking about Llorente. I'd like to see us use Theo up there as well, only alongside someone else though.

Oh yeah i have nothing against giroud i like him alot.
I do feel that theo will be off and we can move gervinho back to a wing forward hence the extra space for a striker.

its taking giroud a long time to score 6 epl games in & nothing, maybe we shouldnt be dependent on a 1 season wonder striker. Theres been so many strikers who have had a great season then do nothing remember when Phillips & Rickets were top scorers in the EPL. I got a feeling Giroud will be heading back to Montpellier in January on loan.

This. Much as I'd like him to succeed, it's very possible that he fails to find his form for the club. Nobody else to blame but the decision makers at the club.
