My blue bin's not been emptied for a couple of weeks now and it's starting to smell and attract wild animals..

Anybody know when the council plan on emptying it?

And if so, can you please give me the name of your local authority so that I can move to your area and start getting my bins emptied again?

Actually only once a year. Still, best authority there is. Just search for Mont Ventoux
