any player with any self respect want to join chelsea .... they would be playing for a different manager every season when you dont win anything again

Chelsea have won 3 Prems,3 FA Cups and 2 League Cups whilst changing manager every season.
Maybe a frew other teams should try it if they want success.

Both your teams need a new home...neither have got one as far as I know
That should be your worry, not what successful teams are doing about appointing managers
