Curly - I would agree to change the punishments is wrong

However - the "punishments " you speak of where not handed out on the basis you were in admin

You said it because you know its the case.,.....The list you typed .....they were indeed either a consequence of being in admin - and therefore not further punishment OR they were for not paying PAYE

No further punishment came as a result of admin - 10 points deduction ...just like everyone would have got.

You are also now a newco ( i darent say oldco liquadated) that wish to take on certain parts of this oldco - As a Newco's you need to re-apply to the spl

The flipside of that is that the newco's money is not the SPL's either....who has used the newco for their own advantage...whose media rights have the SPL demanded??

The money from Jelavic, the UEFA money, the SPL prize money etc. None of this belongs to the SPL.
